- 1.2Our operations are based in the United Kingdom; however, all transactions are legally governed by the jurisdiction of Panama as detailed in Clause 18.

- 2.1Products are supplied exclusively to licensed healthcare professionals, aesthetic practitioners, and medical clinics.
- 2.2By placing an order, you expressly represent and warrant that:
- a) You are a qualified and licensed professional authorised under applicable law to purchase, store, and administer Botox.
- b) You are purchasing strictly for professional use and not for resale, redistribution, or unlawful administration.
- c) You accept full legal responsibility for the use, administration, and storage of the Products upon receipt.
- 2.3We do not undertake to verify qualifications of purchasers and disclaims liability for misuse by unqualified persons.
orders & acceptance
- 3.1Orders may be submitted via the Website only. Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms.
- 3.2All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including where:
- • Products are unavailable;
- • Pricing or description errors occur;
- • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
- 3.3An order confirmation does not signify acceptance; acceptance occurs only upon dispatch of the Products.
pricing & payment
- 4.1All prices are listed in GBP (£).
- 4.2We do not charge VAT on any Products. Prices displayed are final.
- 4.3Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through secure methods provided at checkout.
- 4.4We reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions, and discounts at any time without notice.
shipping & delivery
- 5.1We deliver to the countries listed in our Shipping Rates & Policies. We do not deliver to UK addresses from this Website (UK clinics order at botoxwholesale.com) or to India.
- 5.2All Products are dispatched via DHL Express, cold-chain packed and tracked. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Rates & Policies and are shown at checkout before payment.
- 5.3Orders paid before the daily dispatch cut-off are dispatched the same business day. Orders paid after the cut-off are dispatched the next business day.
- 5.4No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.
- 5.5Our commitment: All orders placed within the stated cut-off are dispatched on schedule.
- 5.6Courier responsibility: Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for any delays, non-deliveries, or service failures caused by DHL, customs authorities or other third-party couriers. Liability ends once the order has been dispatched on time.
6. cold chain integrity & risk transfer
- 6.1We dispatch Products in compliance with cold chain best practices, including the use of ice packs and insulated packaging.
- 6.2Risk of loss, damage, or deterioration transfers to the customer immediately upon delivery at the address provided.
- 6.3Customers are solely responsible for:
- • Ensuring immediate and correct storage upon receipt (typically 2–8°C refrigeration);
- • Preventing unauthorised access or improper use;
- • Compliance with local health regulations regarding storage.
- 6.4We are not liable for deterioration due to improper storage after delivery.
returns, refunds & cancellations
- 7.1Due to the perishable and medical nature of Products, returns and exchanges are strictly prohibited.
- 7.2Cancellations may only be requested prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
- 7.3Damaged or compromised deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to [email protected], with photographic evidence of both packaging and contents. Claims outside this period will not be accepted.
- 7.4We reserve the right to investigate damage claims and determine appropriate remedies (replacement, partial refund, or rejection)....

- • They assume all liability for clinical outcomes resulting from use of Products.
9. warranties & disclaimers
- 9.1Products are provided on an “as is” basis without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to fitness for purpose, efficacy, or results.
- 9.2We expressly disclaim any liability for adverse outcomes, complications, or failures arising from the use of Products.
- 9.3Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
limitation of liability
- 10.1To the fullest extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable for:
- • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss;
- • Injury, damage, or claim arising from misuse or improper administration of Products;
- • Courier delays, strikes, or force majeure events outside our control.
- 10.2Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.
- 10.3Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
indemnification
- 11.1The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our directors, employees, and agents against all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- • Misuse, improper storage, or unlawful administration of Products;
- • Breach of these Terms;
- • Violation of applicable laws or regulations.
