delivery times are DHL estimates and are not guaranteed. the exact delivery charge and an estimated arrival date are shown at checkout before you pay.

dispatch times

• orders paid before the daily cut-off (shown on every product page) are dispatched the same business day.
• orders paid after the cut-off are dispatched the next business day.
• weekends and public holidays: orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

cold chain & packaging

every order is packed in an insulated box with cold-chain ice packs so products stay stable and effective in transit. please refrigerate your products as soon as they arrive.

• botulinum toxins: straight into the fridge at 2–8°C. never freeze.
• most fillers and skin boosters: room temperature, below 25°C.
• always follow the manufacturer’s leaflet for each product.

tracking your order

every shipment has a DHL Express tracking number. we email it to you as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can also find it under your orders in your account.

delivery responsibility

• we make sure every order is dispatched on time, in line with the cut-off times above.
• once your order has been handed to DHL and a tracking number has been issued, DHL Express is responsible for transit and final delivery.
• we can’t be held responsible for delays caused by DHL, customs checks, weather, strikes or other events outside our control, but we will always help you chase a delayed parcel.

delivery restrictions

• where we deliver: the countries listed above.
• we do not deliver to UK addresses from this site, or to India.
• orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or similar addresses that do not accept tracked deliveries.
• DHL may ask for a signature on delivery, so please make sure someone is available at the clinic to receive it.

customs & import duties

depending on your country, local import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged when your parcel arrives. these are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices or delivery charges, and are paid by the recipient.

DHL will contact you if anything is due before delivery. if you’re unsure what applies in your country, check with your local customs office before ordering.
