• For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept any product returns under any circumstances.

• Each case will be reviewed individually, and if approved, we will either arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost, or provide a credit note for future purchases (at our discretion).

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

We cannot be held liable if the product’s condition is compromised due to:

• delayed collection from DHL

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch (and before the daily dispatch cut-off on the day of purchase).
• Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, recalled, or refunded.
