no. there is no MOQ and no minimum spend, so you can order a single box of any product.

yes. you create your account during checkout in a few seconds. it lets you track orders and reorder quickly.

pick your quantity on the product page and add to cart, check your live DHL shipping rate in the cart, then check out, create your account and pay. that's it.

contact us as soon as possible. if your order hasn't been packed yet we'll do our best to change it. once it has been handed to DHL it can't be changed.

prices are shown in your local currency for convenience, but every order is charged in GBP (£) at checkout. your bank converts it at its own rate.

buy more boxes of the same product and the price per box drops automatically. the saving for each quantity is shown on the product page.

add 2 or more different products using the bundle builder on any product page and save 2%, plus 1% for each extra product, up to 5%. the saving is applied in your cart.

spend £500 and you get 5% off. spend £1,000 or more and it rises to 10% off, the maximum. both are applied automatically in your cart with no code needed, and total savings are capped at 10%.

we ship worldwide with DHL Express. UK clinics should use our UK store at botoxwholesale.com. we don't currently ship to India.

orders placed before the daily cut-off, monday to friday, are dispatched the same day. the countdown at the top of every page shows how long is left. orders after friday's cut-off ship on monday.

typical business days after dispatch: usa 2–3, europe 2–4, canada 3–5, hong kong 1–3, australia & new zealand 3–5, spain, portugal, italy, france & germany 9–10, singapore 2–4, brazil 5–9. remote areas, customs checks or public holidays can add a little time.

DHL Express delivery is a flat rate based on your order value: £30 under £1,000, £50 from £1,000 to £3,000 and £100 over £3,000. you see it in your cart before you pay.

yes. every order ships cold-chain in temperature-controlled packaging, so products arrive in the condition they left us.

depending on your country, local import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery. these are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.

yes. we supply authentic products in their original sealed manufacturer packaging.

botulinum toxins should go straight in the fridge at 2–8°C and must not be frozen. most dermal fillers and skin boosters are stored at room temperature, below 25°C. always follow the manufacturer's leaflet for each product.
